2023 What A Year.

“Take time to explore yourself. You’ll be surprised where you find inspiration.” – Bryce Ward 12/31/2023

2023. I must say it’s been a very crazy year for me. Lots of ups and downs. Learning more about myself as a person and what I want out of my future. While the year was full of challenges for me on a personal note I’m still proud of myself for making some big accomplishments.

The Short Stories of A Dungeon Master

As of 2023, I am happy to say that my first book The Short Stories of A Dungeon Master has been given its first year-long marketing campaign put together by WoodBridge Publishers. So far we are halfway through the campaign and already I have been interviewed on the Toby Gribben Show. Along with a book trailer being created for the Short Stories of A Dungeon Master. Next year comes the hard part selling the first book and writing the second one.

Blue Labs Customs

Who knew learning to craft, draw, and paint could be so much fun. Learning to draw started out as a hobby of mine and over time I got better at creating fluffy anthro characters. It started off small sharing artwork with friends getting commissions for one-off pieces to creating a collection of works for GoodWill’s Veterans Department. Blue Labs Customs is starting to grow into its own little business and I’m excited to see where it takes me. Already I have plans to open my first booth at Get Out The Float’s 2024 convention. Now I just need to finish making those tails…

Get Out The Float

Have you ever been voluntold into something? Well, I certainly have, and in the oddest of ways. I had won a ticket for a small furry event in Seaside Orgean known for infatables and squeaky pooltools. During my visit, I met or rather ran into the main organizer and chairman Baphnedia. He asked me “Your Bryce right? And you are a marketer, right?” “Yeahhh?” “I’m adding you to the staff list!” And off he went! Squeaking his way down the hallway. Sure enough, I found myself helping to run the marketing campaign for Get Out The Float’s 2024 convention. I have even created artwork for the event that was used for digital campaigns, two posters, and a ramen noodle ticket. Who knew a cup full of dragon noodles could be so cute!

What’s Next?

With 2024 around the corner what’s next on my list? Currently, my main goal is to learn computer coding and website design to add to my already full portfolio of skills and projects. I’ll be doing a 16-month long online course on Full Stack Web Development where I’ll learn to build a website from the ground up and even create my first video game. Hopefully, with this new stack of skills, I’ll be able to find work that allows me to move off the family farm and explore new pathways I couldn’t originally on the farm.

Thank You!
